Palindromic Double Entendre Poem Game - Level 12
Build your own poem
Prepare to earn your poetic license. Select one of the phonetically identical phrases (double entendre/homophone) from the twelve sets of two to build a palindromic poem. The chosen phrase rises to the top of the poem, and the other falls to the bottom, then the next selection places the chosen phrase as the ending of the previous one at the top, and the other joins the bottom phrase as the starting part of that sentence. Repeat for twelve (12) sets of phrases to create a six (6) line poem where each line forms a sentence that makes logical sense. Advance to the next level when you select the correct combination of phrases and reveal the palindromic poem solution for each round. (Please note this web app version is a proof-of-concept prototype, and is still in development.)

Poem Game Play Rules
This game is intended to be challenging and thought provoking. Poetry can be abstract and artistic, making it difficult to guage what would qualify as "making sense." The goal of each round, is to earn your Poetic License. And that means finding the optimal arrangment of phrases that would be closest to forming a coherent poem.
Some may argue that any arrangement of phrases could be considered or interpreted by a reader as logical because of the inherent nature of poetry. That's fair. However, for our purposes, that's also complete rubbish; some words just simply do not belong next to each other, poetry or not. And given the complexity of forming double entendres that are each a sentence long, the combination needed to turn these pairs of phonetically identically phrases into poetry is limited.
Some rounds may have more than one solution, but the ability to access additional features is reserved for mobile development. This web app version on a blog website is a proof-of-concept prototype for early UAT and QA work.
Others may argue that the solution is subjective, and that is worth considering. The note available on that would be that the decision maker of what qualifies as a solution is also the same person who created the style guide on this website, which can be used to reference and validate the validity of proposed solutions.
